How It Works:

We’ll book in a meeting to get clear on what your coaching needs are for your employee(s)

Next, we’ll set up a meeting with me, you (the company) and the coachee to ensure that we all agree on the goal of the engagement and sure we have more likelihood of success

3.

Coaching sessions begin (these are all completely confidential between me as the coach and the coachee).

4.

We finish with the final coaching session
